Dubai's unique lighthouse will appear at the base of the largest marina in the Middle East

The Dubai Harbor project, the largest marina in the region, will also be home to a unique architectural structure, the Dubai Lighthouse.

The area of ​​the 1400-seat marina with all additional facilities exceeds 20 million square meters. ft. There will be built a port for cruise ships, a terminal, a shopping center with an area of ​​3.5 million square meters. ft., various events arena, luxury residences, hotels, offices, shops, restaurants, cafes and Dubai Lighthouse itself.

The project promises to be a place of attraction for yacht owners from the Gulf countries, which account for one third of the largest superyachts in the world.

Access to Dubai Harbor will be provided by land, sea and air. In addition, the project will be associated with Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street and Bluewaters Island thanks to unique infrastructure solutions.

Dubai Harbor is expected to help create new jobs, attract significant investment and increase the value of nearby real estate. In terms of the number of accommodated yachts, Dubai will grow by 50% and 100% in terms of servicing cruise travelers.

The 135-meter-long Dubai Lighthouse offers a luxury hotel and a panoramic observation deck. The facade of the lighthouse will be used as a giant screen for projections in light shows.
