Sweeten love?

According to the materials of the site www.kuking.net

The most long-awaited holiday for all men on March 8, following almost immediately after Valentine's Day on February 14, usually causes the representatives of the stronger sex to have questions. What to give beloved, desired, long-awaited? What to treat them to finally show off their culinary talents, expelling women from the kitchen for at least one day.

Well, dear men, we offer you an experiment. Try to cook on your own or with the help of children at least one type of baking according to the recipes given by us, or maybe all at once, to set up a luxurious tea festive table in the style of traditional English “five o'clock”. Go ahead and you will succeed. And your ladies, even those who tirelessly watch their figure, will be infinitely grateful to you.

Cookie tubes

Light, airy, almost weightless and surprisingly delicate taste tubes just melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:

  • 3 squirrels
  • 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 3/4 Art. flour
  • 75 g oils
  • 50 g chocolate

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt the butter. Melt chocolate separately. Sift the flour.
  3. Beat the proteins until stable peaks, gradually adding sugar. Continuing to beat at low speed, add flour and melted butter. Do not worry if the proteins fall off immediately - it should be so. The final dough should have a paste consistency.
  4. Put 1 tsp. the baking dish (no more than 4), spread them in a circular motion into thin discs. Using a culinary (or parchment) bag, apply an arbitrary ornament on the surface of the disks with chocolate and bake them for about 5-7 minutes. The cookie is ready when a brown crust appears on the outer circumference.
  5. At this stage, working quickly, roll up still hot cookies with a tube. As soon as they start to cool down a bit, it will be impossible to curtail them. When folding, you can also use the long handle of a wooden spoon, pre-lubricating it with vegetable oil. If you still can’t quickly roll the tubes, you can always return the pan for a few seconds to the oven, and the cookies will become softer again. Cookies can be stored for several weeks in a tightly closed container.

  • 100 g peeled walnuts
  • 175 g sugar
  • Little cinnamon stick
  • 6 peas of black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the pears and place them vertically in a small deep pan so that they stand tight. Pour with wine and add the remaining ingredients (except lemon peel) to the syrup.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover lightly and leave to simmer for 30-40 minutes over low heat until the fruit is completely soft.
  3. Remove the pears with a slotted spoon and place in the serving plates. Increase the heat and boil the syrup to boil it twice from the original volume and make it brilliant.
  4. Sprinkle pears with syrup. Decorate the dessert with lemon zest and halves of walnuts on top - they look very nice with purple pears. Separately, you can serve vanilla cream or pudding.
