PARTNERSHIP Tod's AND THE FAMOUS OPERA THEATER Teatro alla Scala

For the first time in its history, the famous opera house in Milan - Teatro alla Scala - has agreed to partner with the famous Italian luxury footwear brand Tod's as part of the implementation of a joint project. In turn, Tod's also emphasizes its desire to support the development of world art. In the past, he has already supported the Whitechapel Art Gallery in London, The Pac in Milan and, most recently, The Moca in Los Angeles. The work of Tod's masters, done at the Ansaldo factory, located in the center of Milan, is almost completely manual for the Teatro alla Scala dancers. Each stage costume, each pair of pointe shoes for artists was touched by the hands of skilled Italian masters. To celebrate the new successful partnership and capture it in memory, Tod's, together with Teatro alla Scala, took the initiative to record a concept video on which the entire process of creating costumes and shoes was captured. This unique film, shot by renowned German director and actor Matthias Centner, was presented first during Fashion Week in Milan at the end of September this year, and then in Dubai, at BurJuman Shopping Center, in Tod's brand boutique. During the annual partnership between Tod's and Teatro alla Scala, the Italian footwear brand will provide financial support to the theater and cover all its costs associated with the creation of new productions.

In the branded De Grisogono boutique in the Wafi mall, new and exclusive jewelry and watches of this famous Swiss luxury brand were shown. In order to take part in the ceremony of demonstrating the unique creations of De Grisogono, Fawaz Gruosi, the president, founder of the brand and his progressive gemologist, has long been a partner of Dubai-based Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, the official distributor of De Grisogono in the UAE, arrived in Dubai. The De Grisogono brand was established in 1993. A small company, which at that time had only 13 boutiques, quickly grew into a world-famous company in the luxury market. Today it owns more than 180 points of sale in different countries of the world. Among the copies of the new De Grisogono collection were presented such famous and rare valuables as the Dolphin Bracelet (Dolphin bracelet) from the Dauphin collection, made of 127.4 g of pink gold and inlaid with 239 pink sapphires and 307 white diamonds, as well as Emerald Necklace (emerald necklace), made of 77 g of white gold and decorated with a large Colombian pear-shaped emerald, weighing 245.99 carats, two smaller emeralds of 7.68 carats and 3425 diamonds weighing 22.51 carats.
