Let's start with the history of PAN Emirates ...
PAN Emirates was founded in the UAE 17 years ago. It all started with a small furniture store in Sharjah, which offered an assortment of goods for the mass consumer. But over time, we became the owners of the largest furniture showroom in the Gulf countries, covering an area of 30 thousand square feet and located in the Al Barsha area in Dubai, next to the Mall of the Emirates. There are also PAN Emirates brand stores in Qatar and Oman, and our main vision and approach to business is now expressed in making designer furniture accessible to every customer.
There are a lot of furniture stores in the UAE, what makes PAN Emirates fundamentally different from them?
When I first appeared in the PAN Emirates company showroom, I immediately told the company owner Mr. Al-Shamsi: "We no longer sell furniture!" "And then what are we selling?" - he was amazed. I replied: "We sell attitude to life." And in this regard, we should have begun to realize that each person has his own attitude to life, his own style and ways of expressing it. This is our main difference.
In addition, today I can say with confidence that, in terms of the variety of products presented, we are the largest supplier of furniture and household goods in the region, and all this thanks to our trusted suppliers from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, India and other countries.
What's new at PAN Emirates ahead of traditional religious and New Year holidays?
Since we were initially focused on the local market, most of our customers from the UAE and neighboring Gulf countries preferred massive, classical palace-style furniture with many decorative elements and rich upholstery. Over the past few years, in connection with the commissioning of apartment buildings and villas, people began to look at more compact and comfortable furniture suitable for small apartments. Focusing on demand, we decided to turn our mega-salon into a direction where everyone, without exception, would feel at home. Therefore, we have launched a large-scale reconstruction of the store, both of its interiors and its appearance. It’s important for us that people who find themselves in the Al Barsha area can immediately understand that in front of them is a place where you can buy everything you need, have a cup of coffee in a company cafe, buy high-quality organic products home, get professional designer advice and leave with excellent purchases made at competitive prices.
When do you plan to complete this reconstruction?
We plan to introduce a new look for our store by mid-November, just in time for the Eid Al Adha holiday and the beginning of Christmas and holidays. We will significantly reduce the number of kitchen utensils, while increasing the area for lamps, carpets, paintings, as well as highlighting sections for the sale of organic products and other goods, for recreation areas and cafes. Our company showroom, which occupies three floors, will be divided into thematic zones in accordance with the new concept - the first floor will be given over to budget furniture options, the second - under furniture and related products in the Art Nouveau style, and finally, the third floor - under the classic "palace furniture" "and its accessories. Accordingly, the prices of all products will rise depending on the floor - the higher the floor, the higher the price. We hope this concept of the interior will appeal to our customers. We are also launching a special discount program for loyal customers PAN Emirates, in which all holders of our cards, as well as cards of the Moskovsky club, will have guaranteed discounts on their purchases. How often do you update collections at PAN Furniture?
We update our collections every season, and never repeat them. Our philosophy is to encourage customers to change their interior as often as possible, at least once a year. After all, we all change our wardrobe, shoes and bags, depending on the changing seasons. So why not start changing the furniture in the house with your new attitude towards life?
