Russian swimmers in Dubai set a new world record

Russian swimmers managed to set a new world record in the men's relay in Dubai.

In Dubai, a new world record was set, which fell into the Guinness Book of Records. This time, Russian athletes distinguished themselves: Nikita Lobintsev, Danila Izotov, Evgeny Lagunov and Alexander Sukhorukov.

On Thursday, the guys managed to get ahead of the US team in the relay of 4 to 200 m. At the same time, the Russians not only won, but also set a new world record - 6 minutes 49.04 seconds.

After completing the swim, one of the record holders, Nikita Lobintsev, said that a victory in the relay of 4 to 200 meters allowed to recoup for all losses. Recall that the four Russian national teams on Wednesday lost to their “colleagues” from France in a race of 4 to 100 meters in just 0.04 seconds.

The swimmers and the head coach of the Russian national swimming team Andrei Vorontsov congratulated him, noting that it was a surprise to him that our swimmers would break the world record, this was achieved thanks to the hard work in training.
