UAE adopts a new system of state effectiveness assessment

The UAE introduces an innovative system for evaluating the work of the state within the framework of the "State of the Future" program.

The UAE added one more feather to their hat, having approved a system for evaluating and improving the work of the government as part of the program for creating an innovative state.

This system was approved and announced on Tuesday in Dubai in the presence of representatives of nine leading international organizations specializing in improving the quality of work.

So the forum was attended by: European Quality Organization (EOQ), Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO), Australian Quality Organization (AOQ), Juran Global, European Quality Management Foundation (EFQM), International Academy of Quality (IAQ), American Quality Society ( ASQ), Asian Quality Network (ANQ), and the University of Miami.

The system is launched in accordance with the strategy of His Highness Sheikh Mohammad ibn Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, aimed at progressing and strengthening the leadership of the UAE.

Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, the Head of the Cabinet of Ministers and Future Development, said that the government of the UAE, in accordance with the directives of Sheikh Mohammad ibn Rashid Al Maktoum, is persistently moving forward on the path of improvement and development, the country's global achievements increase its leading position. By adopting innovation as their primary approach, the UAE has become a model for governments seeking to improve the quality of life and the level of happiness of their citizens.

"The government improvement system is the leading model for the formation of future governments, as it is based on best practices and innovations in the field of renewable energy, as well as on the development of business models in the framework of government work," said Al Gergavi, adding that international recognition entails great responsibility, therefore, the system should be constantly improved by increasing its flexibility and adaptability.
