The woman who reported to the Dubai police about the fight she saw was awarded.
Dubai Police awarded the woman with a certificate and appreciation for the timely report of the fight, which she witnessed.
Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al-Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Cases of the Dubai Police, noted the act of Rania Mukrama Kanavi.
"Her message helped the police quickly respond to the incident, arrest the fighting people and take action," he said.
"The public is our partner in protecting the city," said Major General Al Mansouri.
Kanawi thanked the Dubai police for her gesture, saying that her duty as a member of society is to help the police.
Dubai police called on the public to call 999 in case of emergency and 901 in other cases.
