Chocolate for vegans launched in Dubai

To Ramadan in Dubai launched a vegan chocolate with dates.

Dubai-based chocolate brand Mirzam has launched a vegan chocolate date collection for Ramadan.

Vegetarian products are made from 100 and 62 percent dark chocolate made without sugar and dairy products. Chocolate beans are harvested in Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India. All dates are grown in the UAE.

The collection also presents gift sets in the form of boxes with dates.

Mirzam Patisseries is located on Alserkal Avenue and in the Dubai Design District. Prices for date boxes start at 45 dirhams ($ US 12).

Recall that milk is often used in the manufacture of chocolate, so most varieties of chocolate can be eaten by vegetarians, but not all varieties are vegans. Only a few varieties of chocolate are intended for vegans, which should be made without the use of animal (dairy) ingredients - milk, cream, etc.
