Dubai, UAE. A popular summer tourist destination, Azerbaijan will issue visas on arrival to all holders of valid resident visas of the United Arab Emirates, regardless of citizenship. The rule has already entered into force on July 26.
Earlier, visas for citizens of a number of nationalities had to be issued at the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Dubai. A new visa is valid for 30 days upon arrival, but if a tourist plans to relax in the country for more than 15 days, he will have to register with the state migration service.
