Emirates is even more comfortable flying

Emirates has opened a new customer service center for its loyalty program at Dubai Airport.

On January 23, Emirates Skywards Center, the loyalty programs of Dubai-based Emirates and flydubai, opened at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport. The center was opened by Dr. Nejib Ben Heder, senior vice president of Emirates Skywards, and Nick Moore, senior vice president of passenger services at Emirates.

The Emirates Skywards Center at the airport will serve as a single point of interaction with new and existing members of the loyalty program. The staff will provide assistance on all issues, including registration in the program, creating a profile and printing luggage tags. Emirates Skywards staff will also advise clients on all issues related to earning and redeeming miles.

“Thanks to our new Emirates Skywards Center, we will be one step closer to the participants and help them maximize the value of the program,” said Dr. Nejib Ben Heder.

Answers to all questions regarding participation in the program can also be obtained in the Skywards section of the Emirates application, on the Emirates Skywards website, in the chat of Emirates airline.

The Emirates Skywards program has over 23 million members. It allows you to accumulate and spend Skywards miles on flights and in the program’s affiliate network.
