Art Jameel Prize: Muslim emphasis in contemporary art

Jameel Center for Contemporary Arts presents an exhibition of Jameel Arts Prize exhibitors. This is a joint project with the famous London Museum of Victoria and Albert (V&A). Every 2 years, the award is given to artists in whose work the culture of Islam is reflected.

The Jameel Arts Center is aesthetically attractive on its own. Located opposite the Palazzo Versace, at the water's edge, he acts as a visual antagonist to a richly decorated neighbor. Minimalism in architectural and interior solutions, brought to asceticism, discreet but expressive artistry, which is enough to have only concise color and clear geometry in the allies - the Jameel Arts Center itself as the embodiment of modern art, harmoniously woven into the landscape.
