The popular Standard Chartered Marathon, gathering the best runners in the world, will be held in Dubai on January 25. In 2018, more than 30 thousand people took part in it, and the winner was Mossine Goremey from Ethiopia. The prize pool for the first place amounted to a quarter of a million dollars.
The marathon is divided into three distances: 42 km marathon, 10 km race and 4 km race for fans. These distances are also divided into subcategories for different ages and levels of training, so everyone can participate in the races.
