In 2016, the hotel company Jannah Hotels and Resorts plans to open another hotel with 133 serviced rooms in the Dubai Marina area of Dubai. This hotel will be designed for business travelers traveling alone. The hotels in Dubai Marina are owned by the Abu Dhabi family-owned Bin Rubayeh Group. The company currently operates the Eastern Mangroves Suites in Abu Dhabi. In April 2014, the occupancy rate of Abu Dhabi hotel rooms was 80%, which is 6% higher than a year ago (74%).
