Etisalat’s free Wi-Fi will be available at malls, restaurants and cafes during the Eid al-Adha holidays in the United Arab Emirates.
The Etisalat operator announced that during the holidays from August 30 to September 9, 2017, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, free access to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection will be offered in shopping centers, restaurants and cafes of the UAE.
Etisalat’s WiFi allows residents to connect to the Internet using their mobile devices in public places throughout the country. This requires a UAE mobile number.
Head of Etisalat Client Department Khaled El-Choli said: “In accordance with the spirit of Eid al-Adha's triumph, we want to be part of our clients' holidays so that they stay in touch with their families and friends. Clients will be able to take advantage of the high speed and quality of the public Wi-Fi network Fi from Etisalat for sharing greetings, photos, access to social networks and online surfing. "
To use the service in shopping centers, parks, beaches, entertainment and sports centers, airports and many other places, you should connect to the UAE WiFi by Etisalat network. After registration, Etisalat will send an SMS with a PIN code for security. Customers must use their mobile phone number as login and PIN as password. After registration, the user is provided with free WiFi access. At the end of the holiday promotion period, customers will still be able to continue to use Wi-Fi from Etisalat with free access, if provided, or through paid packages of their choice.
