How many operations does the process of making one shoe consist of? Designers and shoemakers at Tod's, one and a half decades of leading the market for luxury shoes and bags, know the exact answer. To create one (!) Unit of shoes - from manual selection and cutting of each piece of leather to connecting all the smallest details together - more than a hundred (!) Operations must be done.
