The popular Dubai Theater and Art Center closes.
The Dubai Center for Theater Arts and Creativity (DUCTAC) on its website announced the imminent closure.
The organization has been looking for a new place for the theater since the beginning of the year, but the search was unsuccessful, and now the theater is forced to close.
A DUCTAC spokesman said the center will continue to support art and culture in the UAE.
Founded in 2006, Ductac was expected to move from Mall of the Emirates to its new premises at the Mirdif City Center in September.
