The key to delicious pastries is a gentle, airy cream. Before whipping, the oil should be thawed at room temperature, from half an hour to an hour. Please note that if the products are too warm, the cream will be liquid and will not whip well. If too cold, then the cream may turn out to be curdled and also will not increase in volume.

Cooking method:

  1. In a medium-sized pan, combine flour and milk. Put on medium heat and cook until boiling for about 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and cool the resulting mass. Place parchment paper on its surface and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the butter for three minutes until it is tender and soft.
  4. Whisking, add oil, then vanilla and mix well.
  5. Add chilled milk and flour mixture and continue whisking for another five minutes. The cream will become lighter and more tender. If desired, you can add food coloring, for example, red.
  6. Cover and put the cream in the refrigerator for 15 minutes (don’t lose your time - and better set an alarm!).
  7. Spread the cream on the cakes without delay.
