DUBAI AQUAVENTURE WATERPARK OPENS NEW ATTRACTIONS

Four new water slides, including the unique 40-meter Poseidon Tower attraction and the longest cable ferry in the Middle East, have opened at Aquaventure Waterpark, located in the luxury Atlantis The Palm Hotel in Dubai. It is worth noting that the expansion of the water park was planned to be carried out in August, but it was postponed due to security measures. So, within 17 days the slides were tested with a mass equivalent to the weight of 15,000 people, and only after that it was decided to put them into operation.

Thus, today, two new water slide towers function on the territory of Aquaventure, the longest river-hill in the Middle East, 2.3 km long, tidal waves and pools, 700 meters of a snow-white sandy beach. Every day, 18 million liters of water enter the park. The cable crossing connected several attractions and made it possible to observe all events from a bird's eye view. Another record was the world's largest slide (in terms of diameter), the world's first vertical family slide with bends and a double lift at the end, as well as a unique ride "slide in the slide."
