This year the traditional fair and amusement park "Global Village" opened its doors for residents and visitors of Dubai on October 5, counting the 18th season of fun family leisure and exploring the culture of the world. This year, more than 50 nights of bright fireworks, 12 thousand shows and 148 days of unprecedented fun and joy await guests. So, for the first time the thematic lunopark "Fantasy Island" was brought to the fair by the London company Mellors Group Events with more than a century of history. Guests are offered 36 attractions and free games. The atmosphere of the famous Coney Island is recreated in the lunapark, all the little guests are waiting for the heroes of fairy tales - Aladdin, Snow White and Pinocchio. Shows are shown twice a day. This year, the national pavilions of Germany, Italy and France are presented at the fair, which further expanded the geography of the World Village. In total, 65 countries represent their distinctive culture. They not only brought handicrafts to Dubai, but also many songs, dances and incendiary shows. Traditionally, the pavilion of the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Fund, the president of the UAE, whose goal is to support local craftsmen, will work at the fair. From year to year, the “World Village” strengthens its image as a global destination for cultural, family recreation and entertainment. Here you can enjoy national sweets and explore the cuisines of the world in numerous restaurants and cafes. Each visitor can take part in the lottery and win the main prize - the brand new Audi A4 car. For the convenience of guests, a parking lot for 17 thousand cars is equipped at the entrance to the fair.
