In Abu Dhabi will be an auction of the famous Ferrari Formula 1.
Formula 1, together with the auction house RM Sotheby's, announced the auction sale of the Ferrari F2002 car, which brought a number of victories to Michael Schumacher in 2002. Bidding will take place as part of the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2019 races, which will be held November 30, 2019 in Abu Dhabi.
Fans and registered bidders will be able to see the cars put up for auction during the Grand Prix. Sports cars will go on a memorable race on the highway before they are played.
In addition to the already mentioned F2002, collectors will have access to the restored legendary Ferrari F40 1990, signed by four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel.
Part of the proceeds from the sale of F2002 will be directed to the Schumacher fund called "Keep Fighting, Never Give Up Foundation". The foundation was founded by the family of the famous driver in support of educational, cultural and scientific initiatives.
